The CEPA Internship Directory contains clinical internship programs that are focused on preparing clinical exercise physiologists. These programs typically provide hands-on experiences in cardiac rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, supervised exercise training for peripheral arterial disease, cancer rehabilitation, clinical exercise testing, and/or clinical weight management. In addition, they frequently provide observations in related clinical areas, such as cardiothoracic surgery, cardiac catheterization, and bariatric surgery.
