Stair Climbing

The basic step comes with a 4” base, and 2” risers; can progressively increase height; also be sure to train strength and power in lower body!


Use an interval or circuit training approach to build stamina.

Hello,


We have several people who have trouble with stair climbing, i.e tiredness/ increase of SOB . We don't have a stair climber machine. So I have been using the standing elliptical, inclines on treadmill and Exercise videos that are moderate intensity (Includes standing marches).


Any other ideas that can be used to replicate the SOB feeling from stair climbing?
