Professional- licensure, reimbursement, other

I am part of a 12-hospital system that employs RNs, CEPs, and RTs for cardiopulmonary rehab. I am currently revising our job profile/description to better reflect the skill set of CEPs. This is the first step in a process to achieve appropriate compensation for CEPs. Looking for advice from individuals who have had success in obtaining comparable compensation for EPs vs RNs. I would appreciate any recommendations and I am interested in the details of a successful process. Thank you!
